The Re-Roofing Process

1. Tear Off

We tear off systematically, making for a cleaner and faster start to the project. 

2. Underlayment/Drip edge

Once the roof deck is clean, we install new synthetic underlayment on every roof. It is designed to shed water and keep the home water-tight. The drip edge metal is installed around the entire perimeter, creating a beautiful outline for your new roof.

3. shingling

Each crew has a minimum of 4 certified installers that use top-of-the-line tools to get the job done efficiently. Snapping chalk lines, sealing nail heads, siliconing leak-sensitive areas, and properly flashing all necessary areas are a must on every one of our jobs. This allows for us to back up our work with our 5-year workmanship warranty.

4. Clean Up/haul away

Blowing off the roof and blowing out the gutters come at the end of the project. After that, we use the most powerful magnet sweeps on the market to pick up nails around the job site. Once finished, we leave the job site looking better than before we arrived.
